Fitness is very important and has a great effect on our lives. Overweight is bad for our health as well as being underweight which leads to malnutrition. To be physically fit you must have a healthy lifestyle, healthy eating habit, and weight management. In managing your weight, you must be concerned on foods you’re eating.
Check for its nutritional value and observe your amount intake and how frequent you eat. Achieving a healthy lifestyle will make you healthier. Balance your time in leisure and physical activity. Spending most of your time in leisure and rest will do you no good as well as too much energy expenditure in physical activities.
You need to expend energy but also needed accurate time of rest. Having a healthy lifestyle also strengthen your mental health.
