In the Philippines, 98% of all resolved cases are recoveries while the other 2% lead to death. This puts the Philippines in rank 88 out of 180 countries in terms of recoveries-to-closed cases ratio. We have lesser fatality compares to other country even if there are large number of reported cases. It shows that Filipinos are survivor. We find ways to survive this Pandemic.

People's livelihood have adversely impacted by the nationwide lockdowns imposed by the government. Drastic decline in employment levels, causes the lose of jobs of many people. The tourism industry wherein Philippines relies to a large extent has brought to halt with travel being a major contributing factor to the spread of the virus. When the government declares enhance community quarantine, many people got stuck and can't go home to their families. In the fear of spreading the virus, many choose to stay and patiently wait till we get through this pandemic. As the economy is falling, many loses their job. Taking advantage of the advancing technology, other people who lose their jobs started business, like online selling, or interim jobs in deliveries, food and stations, groceries and in other hiring job during this pandemic.

As a youth with the knowledge about technology, and on social networks, we could help or let our family and other elders that's not familiar in social media to explore and familiarize it, so that they could use it for their jobs or other productive purposes.

Filipino Youth can contribute in the society amidst the COVID-19 Pandemic. We know that constant influx of information and misinformation is one of the reason that arises panic, misunderstanding or complications this pandemic. By spreading spreading awareness online and offline, youth can contribute to the society. Educating your family, friends, community, and simply following health protocols are things that youth can also do in contribution to our society.

"It's more fun in the Philippines" during this pandemic, Filipino still lives in that saying. Filipinos knows how to find ways of having fun amidst this crisis and still pose positivity. Filipinos are "maparaan"  they say and I totally agree with that.
