What is COVID-19?
A new coronavirus in 2019 identified as the cause of a disease outbreak that originated in China. The disease is known as coronavirus disease 2019 – or COVID-19 caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2).
